What the SoulCollage® Facilitator Training Covers
Pre-Requisites
This program is offered in English.
No degrees or certifications are necessary to take this training. Preparation includes the following:
It is not a pre-requisite, but it will be helpful at some point to listen to each of the CDs in Seena’s series, "Your SoulCollage® Cards." It also recommended that you attend a SoulCollage® workshop in your area if possible.
- How to facilitate SoulCollage® card-making, including ways to support self-esteem and avoid competition and self-criticism.
- How to implement a therapeutic structure which both protects and encourages self-discovery, without the facilitator doing therapy.
- Ways to adapt the process to different individual issues and different populations.
- Demonstration of ceremonial work with SoulCollage® cards.
- Discussion about how to use the internet to support and encourage SoulCollage® community, including the SoulCollage® Facilitators' List serve, the Facilitator's "Neter Letter" newsletter, SoulCollage® Exhibitions, and referral listings on the website for trained SoulCollage® Facilitators.
- Help in envisioning a plan for facilitating SoulCollage® that fits your own passions, intentions, and competencies.
- Ethical pitfalls and challenges that might arise when one is working with individuals and groups using the powerful spiritual and personal images of SoulCollage®.

Pre-Requisites

- Reading SoulCollage® Evolving by Seena Frost.
- Listening to Seena Frost’s two CDs - Introduction to SoulCollage® and Facilitating SoulCollage® in Groups
- Making a minimum of a few cards in each suit.
It is not a pre-requisite, but it will be helpful at some point to listen to each of the CDs in Seena’s series, "Your SoulCollage® Cards." It also recommended that you attend a SoulCollage® workshop in your area if possible.
Schedule & What to Bring
The Training begins with registration from 13:00-14:45, (the Training begins at 15:00) and ends about 15:00 on Sunday. Mornings begin at 9:00am. There are sessions both evenings until about 21:00 or 21:30pm. In order to receive a completion certificate, all sessions must be attended, so please make your travel plans to permit attendance at all sessions.
Be sure to bring all of your SoulCollage® cards. Please bring images both for yourself and to share and/or bring some magazines to share. Mirabai will provide some images as well. If you are using 5 x 8 inch cards there will be blank cards provided. If your cards are another size, bring some blanks. Please bring at least one glue stick and your favorite scissors. (Don’t take scissors in your carry-on-if you fly!)
Accommodations
Accommodations are shared rooms with modern bathrooms.Centrum Wilgenhoeve www.centrumwilgenhoeve.nl prepares healthy, tasty vegetarian meals when possible, depending on the season, with products from their own Permaculture-garden. The natural environment offers possibilities for everyone to enjoy the group event completely. There is enough room to be together as well as sufficient corners and seats to seclude yourself during the breaks. There is a sauna on the premises. Should you wish to arrive early or stay over for additional days, please notify Mirabai Joan Kolari at mail@yoursoulscompass.com before April 30, 2012.

Trained Facilitators who wish to take the Training again receive 50% discount on tuition.

A full refund, less a €50 processing fee, is given if the cancellation is received by April 15, 2012. This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full.
No refund or credit is given for cancellations after April 15, 2012, or if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice.
You may also apply a credit toward a new SoulCollage® training led by Mirabai Joan Kolari held within the next 12 months in Europe or the United States. If you must make a last minute cancellation, you also have the option of offering your payment toward a scholarship fund which we are building to support the work.
